Fitness

Our secondary area of expertise is in the fitness sector. The ultimate goal in fitness center design derives from the intention of supporting peoples exercise habits. We create thoughtful spaces that not only serve a diverse community but enhance the user’s experience. Our team consists of former fitness center owners and operators, which provides us first-hand knowledge of fitness operations, management and the importance of space utilization.

Mark Risser

Born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma, Mark Risser attended the University of Oklahoma where he received degrees in Architecture and Construction Science in 1992. Mark has spent the majority of his professional career managing his own businesses with a focus on designing, developing, and constructing projects in the residential, multifamily, commercial, and health and fitness sectors. Mark continues to focus his emphasis on the design and development of residential and fitness related projects. Mark has the passion and unique ability to oversee all facets of a constructed project from developing a project vision, through the feasibility and design process, and concluding with the construction knowledge to bring a vision to reality.
